Aww -- I hope Leo will be able to see Cardigan again! I think as long as wool isn't touching his skin, it's okay. I just have to keep all of my wool out of baby reach and make sure I don't have any fuzzies left on my hands after I knit with it. I need to find out about bunnies, though.
